Lessons for students in architecture Herman Hertzberger

As I continue to enjoy the moments of freedom after Architecture School, I want explore different things that is NOT architecture for sanity's sake. Students For another thing, I do, actually, like talking to and interacting with my classmates and professors; this is much harder when two thirds of your classes take place in the virtual world rather than the actual one. The honest truth of why I'm not practicing (in no particular order): Location & Traffic. Should we eliminate music education, art classes, electives, and advanced placement – fire those teachers? I consider myself very interested in becoming an architect. I'm even taking my own senior pictures this year. I took a web development and information architecture course online last year and LOVED IT. I find class discussions valuable (even if I don't love to participate in them), and I .. Mind you I graduated near the top of my class at The top architecture school and have completed my IDP. A number of universities around the country are beginning to work through these issues in classes devoted to LEED. However, more recently it has come to my attention the amount of art classes that architecture students have to take. Schools that are built green often incorporate environmental lessons from the building into the curriculum, creating interactive learning opportunities.
